Burn River Jump

Yesterday 100 riders competed in the Slopestyle qualifiers for a place in the Burn River Jump Slopestyle

Finals.
Today, under perfect bluebird conditions, the Slopestyle Finals will see 14 qualifying snowboarders battle it out against 20 invited riders comprising of 10 top seeded riders and wildcard entries. And further to this, the top 10 of the 14 qualifying riders will go on to compete in the Burn River Jump Big Air tomorrow night.

Polish Burn rider Tomek Wolak and Slovenian Burn rider Aljosa ‘Jojo’ Krivec will be battling it out for two of those 10 places. They are joined by Ulrik Badertscher, Staale Sandbech, Werni Stock, Marco Grigis,and Giorgio Ciancaleoni, taking the Burn team up to 9 for today’s competition.

The Burn River Jump Big Air tomorrow evening will see 30 riders battle it out over Livigno’s River Spoel for the ultimate title.
